The purpose of this article is to explain why Quick Quote status may not update correctly.
Some of the quick quotes you have converted as Invoice appear as "Converted as Inv" while others are "saved".
When you try to convert these quotes to invoices again, it comes up with an error window:
To avoid this from happening, follow the guide below:
- After the quote has been converted, do not pressed the "Save Quote" button
- Once "Save Quote" button is clicked, this changes back the status to "saved".
- This is the reason why some are in "converted" status while others are "saved"
