The purpose of this article is to resolve an issue with Capricorn pre-authentication.
This message was sent in ticket 138695 by Capricorn to advise us on how they resolved the issue:
"The issue was caused due to an accidental change in the permission settings to “Read only” of the working folder “C:\Inetpub\wwwroot\CapLinkViaWS\bin” by either the User(administrator), CapLink (application) or Autosoft(application).
To solve this issue the administrator account needs to change the permission settings. Change folder security to authorized user and assign “read” and “write” to folder C:\Inetpub\wwwroot\CapLinkViaWS\”"
