The Purpose of this guide is to explain how to add the opening balance of entitlements other than Holiday and Sick pay. For example Long Service Leave and RDO''s.

Then set up Wages Types http://service.autosoft.com.au/entries/22647184-Payroll-Setup-5-Wage-Types

If changing over to Autosoft mid Financial Year.

If you are changing over mid Financial Year when entering in your opening balance transaction for all amounts being paid so far YTD you also add the total accrued value of the entitlement.

• In the Payroll - Setup - Opening Balance Transaction 
• Click to Add Entitlement
• Select your pre setup Entitlement
• Enter the total remaining owing balance in hours
• Make sure the Amount is $0.00
