Labour Price Doesn't Change When Using A Workshop Saletype

The purpose of this article is to show how to resolve an issue where the saletype hours charge doesn't come up on the invoice.

Please note that this isn't a fault. The value coming up in the hours charge for the job code.

To ensure the price in the job code comes up, you need to do the following:

1. Go to Workshop - Job Codes

2. Open up the Job Code with the issue

3. UNTICK "Fixed Price"

4. Save by clicking F2.

Please note: check with your manager to see if this is OK to change, as they may not want it to be set up like this.
