Payment Types Not Showing Up

The purpose here is to resolve an issue where payment types aren't showing up when paying off a receipt. You will find that another menu, for example Bank Accounts" will be coming up instead.

1) Log into Autosoft with the SETUP-PRO login (username: SETUP-PRO password: SETUP-PRO).

2) Go to security - security Maintenance

3) Go to Users

4) Choose the user you log in with in the drop down box

5) Take not of the group name on the RIGHT hand side

6) Go to Groups

7) Choose the group from step 5

8) Go to Queries

9) Select the query "Payment Methods" and make sure you tick the box

10) click on the next line to save this change

11) reboot Autosoft.
