Error In File ?? : Missing or Out-Of-Date Dlls

The purpose of this article is to resolve the error that comes up when trying to email from Autosoft. The error is:

"Error in File ??: Missing or Out-Of-Date Dlls"

The issue is with a line in the Windows System Files. Please follow these steps to resolve:

1) Go to C:\Windows\win.ini

2) In this file you need to have the following:

[Mail]
MAPI=1

If these 2 lines are missing, then this is your issue. 

3) Paste the above 2 lines into the win.ini file, just above the line "CMCDLLNAME32=mapi32.dll"

4) Save the file

5) Reboot Autosoft
