Invalid Date

The purpose of this article is to resolve the Invalid Date error that comes up when you log in.

This error is not dangerous, or an issue. It is just annoying. It is related to the Authentication system and your computer's date. To resolve this, you need to change the format of the date on your computer and then re-authenticate Autosoft.

To resolve this, please follow these instructions:

1. Go to Control Panel - Regional settings (XP), or Control Panel - Clock, Language and Region - Region and Language (Windows 7 +)

2. Change the format to English (Australia) . If it is already this, change the short form date to dd/mm/yyyy

3. Go to Help - About and click "re-authenticate"

4. Reboot Autosoft.
