The purpose of this article is to shed light on issues of stocks not updating in Autosoft.
You may notice that you have same quantity of stocks is reflected even after you have processed a client's order in Autosoft.
To resolve this issue, follow this guide:
- Go to Parts - Stock - Stock Master File
- Look for the item
- Go to Stock Options Tab and untick "Don't Update Qty"
- This should resolve the issue.
