The purpose of this article is to resolve an issue when emailing a customer, with an attachment, it comes up with an error "Invalid Directory", or "COM object method invocation error. Invalid directory." This happens on the emailing of invoices as well. At this time, it is only happening with customers on Chilkat as their email. May work for other email types if it occurs for them as well.
1. Go to the Autosoft5 folder
2. Right click in a white space and choose New - Folder
3. Change the name of the folder to "Attach"
Once this has been done, you should be able to submit the email and have attachments go through as well.
