The purpose of this article is for issues with the pricing structure, more specifically the default price comes up, not one set up to be the default for the customer.
There are 2 areas that need to be looked at here:
1)
a) Go to Parts - Stock - Pricing - Customer Pricing Structure
b) Choose the structure that has the issues
c) confirm that the part's product group is a part of this list.
2. In the same area, make sure that the fixed price is set for that group, or the discount/markup has been set.
