The Multi-Part Identifier "GlChart.Inactive" could not be bound

Issue:

The problem here is that the customer is getting the follow error when they try to put through an invoice:

The Multi-Part Identifier "GlChart.Inactive" could not be bound

Resolution:

Please follow the steps below:

1. Go to General Ledger - General Ledger Accounts

2. Scroll through each account and untick "inactive" on any account that has been made inactive.

3. Press F2 each time you change this

Alternatively, you can go to General Ledger - Maintenance - GL Control Account, look at the 1st column and note the accounts in this column. If any of these are inactive, in step 2, then they need to be made active again.
