Issue:

 Customer is getting the following error when they open Autosoft:

Object does not support this method or property. Possibly incorrect IDispatch interface pointer attached to VDF proxy object.

Resolution:

1. Transfer the file RegDllView to the customer's computer. You might need to zip this folder up, then unzip it on the customer's computer.

2. Run this program as an Administrator

3. De-register the file "itGrid6"

4. Register itGrid6 again by entering the following into command prompt (run command prompt as an administrator as well):

regsvr32 \\<servername>\Autosoft5\ActiveX\itGrid6.ocx

Issue should now be resolved. Please note: if this is happening on several computers, it will need to occur on ALL computers.
