How to Add Users in Autosoft

This document is meant to help you understand the process of adding users in Autosoft. This is important for record purposes especially when issuing invoices to keep track of the name of the person doing the transaction.

Follow the guidelines below:

  • Go to Utilities – System Setup – Sales person Setup

  • Add the new user as well as the person’s code

  • If you want to remove the person from view, just set it as inactive

  • Save changes
