The purpose of this guide is to show you how to edit the low gross profit warning percentage overall or how to set differing percentages for Part Groups.
This guide has been broken into 2 Parts for the Options available - Changing the System Low Gross Percentage Amount Warning OR Setting Low Gross Percentage warnings per each of your Part Categories OR Groups.
1. Changing the System Low Gross Percentage Amount Warning
In Autosoft, Log in as a 'SETUP-PRO' access user
- Go to Utilities - System File
- Parts tab - Parts Options 2 tab
- Edit the Low Gross Percentage amount
2. Setting Low Gross Percentage warnings per your Part Categories Or Groups
In Autosoft, Log in as a 'SETUP-PRO' access user
- Go to Parts - Stock - Category Master File OR Group Master File
- Search and select your category OR group
- Enter Low Gross %
