Communication link failure

If you start getting this "communication link failure" on Autosoft and it comes up no matter what you do, it is most likely that Autosoft has "lost" its connection to the database.  The only way to get it back is to close the executable and start it up again.  I have seen this usually when Autosoft has been left running overnight or either side of a server reboot.  You really can't do anything with the Autosoft executable until you restart the executable.
