How to Create New Franchises and Vehicle Groups

The purpose of this guide is to explain how to setup Franchises in Autosoft.

This guide will be divided into 2 parts. First is on Creating Franchise Groups and second is Creating Vehicle Group File

1.    Creating Franchise Group

• Go to General Ledger – Maintenance – GL Franchise Groups
• Enter the Details as applicable

2.    Creating Franchise Groups

• Go to Vehicles – Vehicle Group File
• Select an Existing Group – Copy Group
• Enter Details as Applicable

NOTE: This area will be further setup will the client during a consultation as it contains specific mapping and other options available for them to use in their business
